He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen M. Foss; and his parents, Charles Foss and Leah Foss. He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Foss (Suzanne) of Maple Heights and Kelli L. Foss of Fairview Park; his granddaughter Alison Mix (Brad); his great grandchildren, Owen and Abigail; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Scharf, Carmen Laurich and Kathy Hryb.
