It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy May Urbancic of Mentor, Ohio, born in East Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Henderson and Nancy Henderson. She is survived by: her significant other Michael Kaschak of Mentor.
