She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Horn; her stepchildren, Gregory Horn, Jeffery L. Horn and Susan Horn; her brother William Schaffer; and her parents, Clarence Schaffer and Frances Schaffer (Kozel).
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Woodworth; her grandchildren, Jeremy Woodworth (Koren) and Alison Joyce (Brian); her great grandchildren, Ella and Clare Joyce; her nieces, MaryEllen Menefee and Kathy Schaffer; and her nephew Jeffery Schaffer.
