He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Angelo and Maria Domenica Carlucci (Bertone); and his brother John Carlucci. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Carlucci (Cohagan); his children, Carmen Carlucci Jr. (Alicia) and Lisa Alston (Leon); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Gianna, Giuliana, Cullen and Ariana; and his siblings, Tony Carlucci (Patti) and Gina Bonelli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
