He was predeceased by: his parents, Patton Lewis and Tarlee Lewis (Clifton); and his brother John Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Lewis (Smith); his children, Robert C. "Rob" Lewis and Carla Goffstein (Peter); his grandchildren, Amber, Laurel Allen and Robbie Lewis; and his siblings, Oscar Lewis, Ray Lewis and Kathleen Eilbeck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
