She is survived by: her son Mark K. Bellamy of Mentor; her nieces and nephews, Edward G. Calhoun (Melissa) of Ripley, David Hammaker (Linda) of Ft. Mills, S. C., Michael Rogers (Tina) of Mentor, Chuck Beck of Tennessee, Donald Joe Rogers of Alabama, Joseph Rogers of Rand, Sharon Pike (Gary) of Raleigh, N. C., Michelle Reed (Doug) of Painesville Township, Judy Kuralt of Cuyahoga Falls, Pearl Higgins of Buckhannon, Cheryl, Debra, Tyrena Rogers of Rand, Rhonda Key (Steve) of Oxford, Ala. and Sandra Casey of Clarksburg; and her brother-in-law Farrell Forrest of Clarksburg.
