She was predeceased by: her children, Peter and Terry; her husband Elton Hoyt III (Pete); and her sister Martha Higgins Laundon. She is survived by: her son Jim (Fofie); and her grandchildren, Callie Elton (Adam), Schuyler (Billy), Dana (Russell), Andrew Melamed (Ashley), Ralph (Karem) and Robert (Bailee). She is also survived by great grandchildren.
