He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Valenti; his parents, Joseph L. Valenti and Mildred Valenti; and his sister-in-law Arlene Valenti. He is survived by: his daughter Marie Elena Kovacich (Gary); his grandson Robert Mitchell "Mitch" Granger; and his brother Joseph Valenti.
