He is survived by: his children, Ronald Foegen (Gayle), James Foegen (Kelly), Mark Foegen, Kathleen Virant (David) and Michael Foegen (Michelle); his grandchildren, Bethany (Brian), Sarah (Josh), Jacob, Kelsey, Matthew, Becky (Matt), Christien, Kyler, David and Ashley (Wade); his great grandchildren, Kylie, Brynn, Blaine, Violet, Bella, Elijah, Lilliana and Alana; his sister Lorraine Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Len Obstarczyk and Kathy Sullivan.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home (38001 Euclid Ave, Willoughby, OH 44094). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Justin Martyr Church (35781 Stevens Blvd, Eastlake, OH 44095).
