It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Pawlyshn (Mentor on the Lake, Ohio), born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoni Olbrych and Eleanor Olbrych (Bochenek); her husband Steve Pawlyshn; and her siblings, George, Ed, Joseph Olbrych and Ann Estok.
She is survived by: her children, Genevieve Naples (John) of Greensboro, NC, Theresa Marshall (Seth) of Erie, PA, Stephen Pawlyshn (Sarah) of Shawnee, KS and Robert Pawlyshn (Tami) of Mentor; her grandchildren, Alysha Naples (Yonatan Munk), Danielle Cannon (Kit), Emily Marshall (David Burke), Robert Pawlyshn and Andie Pawlyshn; her stepgrandson Charlie; her sister Wanda Tomko; and her sister-in-law Joann Olbrych.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material contributions be made to the Salvation Army on 1501 Glenwood Ave, Youngstown, OH 44511 in her name.
