He is survived by: his wife Helen (Hedrick); his grandchildren, Michael Mahoney, Joyce Marie Cline, Randall Mullens, Jr., Carl Cummins, III, Jeromey Wayne Cummins, Jonathan Wayne Mullens, Ana Blair and Isaiah Blair; and his sisters, Janice Ball (Charles), Connie James (Dean) and Deborah Hoover (Randy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
