Cloteen Cartmell Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas W. Cartmell; her parents, Edward Jefferson and Canzalia Jefferson; and her siblings, Henry, Rosemary and Delilah.
She is survived by: her children, Robin M. Colton (Gary) of Willowick, Douglas W. Cartmell (Laurie) of Columbia, S. C. and Christine C. Gustie (Andy) of Anapolis; her grandchildren, Kayla, Connor, Matthew, Emily and Andrew; and her sibling Jackie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
