She was predeceased by: her mother Julie Ujcic; and her brother Rudy Ujcic. She is survived by: her husband David P. Borelle; her children, Lee D. Tackett (Kristen) and Seth M. Tackett (Jennifer); her stepchildren, Tony P. Borelle and Tracy A. Borelle; her grandchildren, Brandon Tackett (Erin), Tabetha Fentress (Mark), Jacob Tackett, Taylor Tackett, Jesse Tackett and Brianna Borelle; her great grandchildren, Clay Tackett, Hadley Fentress and Rodney Emmett Tackett; and her sister-in-law Karen Ujcic.
