Toney (Mentor on the Lake, Ohio), born in Ohley, West Virginia, who passed away on June 23, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Toney and Cleo Toney (Sutton); and his siblings, Paul Toney, Wilmer Toney, Leon Toney and Doreen Shorter.
He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Toney (Hankey); his daughters, Sherry Yvonne Toney and Vickie J. Toney; his granddaughter Janessa Flowers; his sister Sheron Vastbinder; and also, Ave and Painesville.
