He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Staley and Donagrace Staley (Swank); and his daughter Cindy Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Staley (Kessen); his children, Gerry Staley (Deb) of Neptune, Don Staley (Marieta) of Washington State, Kathy Staley (Cindy) of Mendon and Jim Staley (Diana) of Neptune; and his siblings, Shirley Amstutz and Leonard Staley.
