She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene A. Flohre and Winifred T. Flohre (Trubee); and her siblings, Herman, Mary Bell Flohre and Merlin Fischbach.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence E. 'Gene' Dickey; her children, Connie Oen of Wapakoneta, Linda Baker of Vandalia, Sue Greber of Batavia, Steve of Celina, Sandra Dorsten of Celina, David of Celina and Cindy Dorsten of Celina; and her siblings, Eugene, Betty Flohre Jr of Celina and Janet Fischbach of Sidney. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
