It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marilyn Butler (Mendon, Ohio), born in Van Wert, Ohio, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Telford Morgan and Edith Morgan (McGinnis); her husband Charles "Irvin" Butler; her children, Dan Butler of Rockford, Jane Barber of Van Wert, Joan Ditmer (Steve) of Jacksboro and Dennis Butler (Rose) of Rockford; her siblings, Roger Morgan (Lois) of Hartford, Janice Spray (Mike) of Van Wert and Gordon; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Morgan. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 7 step-great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Those attending are required to wear masks, practice social distancing as much as possible, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by the Ohio Department of Health and Governor DeWine.
