He is survived by: his parents, Carl Frank and Cathy Frank (Rickard); his fiancée Joy Poling of Celina; his children, Blake Frank of Mendon, Brayden Frank of Mendon, Lia Frank of Mendon, Coldwater and Oliver Poling of Celina; his stepsons, Nathan Reedy and Owen Poling; his sister Jessica Goubeaux (Derrant) of Versailles; and his nieces and nephews, Noah and Catrina Goubeaux.
Attendees are asked to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the National Health Concerns of Covid-19.
