He is survived by: his significant other Carol Lewis (Minshall); his son Tab; his daughter-in-law Debbie; his daughter Tia Mumma; his son-in-law Jeff; his grandchildren, Amber Lahtinen (Andy), Taylor Mumma, Bailer Mumma, Austin Lewis (Kate), Easton Lewis and Katie Moebius; and his great grandchildren, Lilyanna and Jude Lahtinen.
