He was predeceased by: his parents, George Page and Rita Page (Nance); and his daughter Debbie Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Tammy Johnson (Alan) and Gary Jr. Page (Angela); his stepchildren, Cinda Lance, Charles Cantrell and Craig Cantrell (Annette); his grandchildren, Lindsay Gatchell (Andrew) and Austin Johnson; and his sisters, June Flannigan (Dink) and Sandy Falkner (Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
