She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph D'Amico and Lucy D'Amico. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Kulaga (Mike), Shawn Frenchik (Susan) and Deborah D'Amico (Joe); her grandchildren, Paul, Nicole, Autumn, Tyler and Riley; and her siblings, Jeanne Wise, Norma Beck and Ralph D'Amico (Rose). She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
On lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
