He was predeceased by: his parents, William Faluski and Aileen Faluski (Richardson); and his sister Patricia Cleveland (Ken). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Bogart); his children, Jesse Faluski (Kesia), Natawna Faluski and Cory Faluski (Allie); his grandchildren, Austen Faluski (Danielle), Mackenzie, Harley Faluski, Brooke, Cody Steffien, Jorden, Ryder Freeman and Alura Faluski; his great grandchild Ezekiel; and his sisters, Janice Jefferson and Susan Wagner (Gary).
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials made be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Medina County Animal Shelter.
