He was predeceased by: his spouse Hope E.; his child Jim Bettis; his siblings, Dorothy Goebelt, Corrine Disbrow, Susan Riener, Wilma English and Dickie Scott; and also Marilyn.
He is survived by: his children, Gary, Dave Mary (Rose), Rick (Judy), Laura Young-Moon (Rory) and Lynn Wethern (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Carole, Billy and Michael; and his siblings, Bonnie Landers and Marianne Arnold.
Memorial Service Saturday October 20 at the Medina Eagles Club (696 Lafayette Rd., Medina, OH 44256) at 1:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimers Association, 23215 Commerce Park Dr., Beachwood, OH 44122.
