He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette James and Mary Madeline Jenkins (Sawyers); his grandson Alex Jenkins; and his brother Edward Harold Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn (Elmerick); his sons, Randy Jenkins (Anne) and Charles "Chip" Jenkins (Janet); his grandchildren, Kierstin Silverman (Daniel), Cameron Jenkins and Chloe Jenkins; and his brother James Darrell Jenkins.
