He was predeceased by: his father Arthur J. Lade; and his brother Mike Lade. He is survived by: his mother Marlene A. Lade (Knaack); his wife Lori Lade (Chirdon); his children, Stacey Workman, Matt Leatherman, Ashley Leatherman, Lindsay Posatiere (Bob) and Nick Lade; his grandchildren, Jordan, Abby Workman, Brooke, Kyla, Liam, Evan Posatiere and Leena Milano; and his sister Judi Lade.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waite Funeral Home (765 N Court St, Medina, OH 44256). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM.
