It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas L. Smudz (Medina, Ohio), who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne Marie Smudz (Michaels). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew, Anne, Jessica Smudz, Brannon, Sarah, Justin Smudz, Sam, Lauren and Nick Esler; and his siblings, Terry (Leslie), Tim Smudz and Elaine Munley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and the many friends.

Due to COVID concerns, Tom's request was that private family services be held at this time.

Donations in Tom's memory can be made to Hospice, the organization that taught him, later in life, about the work done to provide caring relationships, and a dignified pathway available at the end of one's journey.
