He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Couperthwaite and Ruby Couperthwaite (Stahl); and his son Michael Couperthwaite. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Serrano (Alfredo); and his granddaughters, Mikayla, Mariana and Denise Stazzone. He is also survived by four sisters.
