He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Setzer and Lois Setzer (Siburt); and his siblings, Jeff Setzer and Sharon Mollohan. He is survived by: his wife Linda Marie Setzer (Aukerman); his children, Chad Setzer (Sue) and Kimberly Sexton (Christopher); his grandchildren, Jade, Teagan Setzer, Kayleen and Kara Sexton; and his sisters, Linda Janowicz (Mark) and Audrey Gregorek (Mike).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Tom's memory be made to the Cleveland Clinic Hospice of Medina.
