He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Misiak and Helen Misiak; his siblings, Steve Misiak and Ceil Wawzyniak (Ben); and his brother-in-law Jack Malloy.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Misiak; his children, Ann Lewis (Terry), Dan Misiak (Debi) and Mike Misiak; his granddaughter Samantha Lewis; his stepgrandson Adam Westfall (Brynn); his sisters, Margaret Malloy, Barbara Misiak and Elizabeth Stafford; and his sister-in-law Gerry Misiak. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Medina County Park District.
