He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin M. Harbage and Sara'len Martin Harbage; and his brother Allan R. Harbage. He is survived by: his wife Jane A. Harbage; his children, Braddee Harbage and Mel Marie Holland; his stepchildren, Heidi Sammons (Doug), Amy Sanchez and Brian Hood; and his brothers, Monroe E. Harbage, Dusty G. O. Harbage and Robin A. Harbage. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
