With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Temple Davis of Medina, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her son Chris Grucza; her parents, Delmar Temple and Aladine Temple; and her siblings, Donald Temple and Gaye DeLarec.

She is survived by: her husband George (Porgi); her niece Caleyn Jones; her nephew Haedin DeLarec; her great-nieces, Lisa Lemin and Julie Fox; her daughter Monica Coleman; her grandchildren, Savannah Coleman and Russell Coleman; and her great grandchild Star.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
