It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Isabelle Leising of Medina, Ohio, born in Lorain, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Bickel and Beatrice Bickel; and her brother Merlin A. Bickel. She is survived by: her husband John Leising (Jack); her sister Carol Apt; her cousin William Sano; her children, Jane Leising, Joyce Baker, Jeannette Pado, Cathy Kennedy and James Leising; and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Rochelle, Lisa, Brittney and Joseph. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Ruth's memory can be made to either: The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or to The American Humane Society.
