She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsworth Higgins and Mary Higgins (Dulaney); and her siblings, William Higgins, Norman Higgins and Mary Lou Porter.
She is survived by: her husband David Case; her children, Darlene Williams (John), Keith Case (Robin) and Deniece Case (Kevin Sprankle); her grandchildren, Christy O'Quinn (Jeff), James Vithous and Brittney Street (Brandyn); and her great grandchildren, Gavin and Declan O'Quinn.
