He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernardo Mayo and Bienvenida Mayo; and his siblings, Bernardo Mayo, Jr., Fred Mayo and Milo Mayo.

He is survived by: his wife Angelina; his children, Tina Mamone (Frank), Nancy Hutchinson (Timothy) and Thomas Mayo (Jaime); his grandchildren, Cole, Carter, Avery and Ella; and his siblings, Levy Mayo (Nenette), Lucita Nievera and Ramon Mayo.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Rudy to Saint Francis Xavier School, 612 East Washington Street, Medina, OH 44256.
