He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Farnsworth; and his sisters, Faith and Cheryl Farnsworth. He is survived by: his mother Alice Farnsworth (Milner) of Lodi; his children, Justin Farnsworth (Jenny Morris) and Brandi Highman of Lodi, Ohio; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Isabel and Wesley; and his siblings, Sandra Cole (Ron) of Chippewa Lake and Jack Farnsworth of Seville, Ohio..
