He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph I. Fort and Irene G. Fort (Horvath). He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Fort (Beieler); his children, Rachel Moxley (David) and Bradley Fort; his grandchildren, Nora, Cole and Layne Moxley; and his siblings, Joanne Fort and Charles Fort (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a lifetime of collected friends.
Following all Covid safety guidelines, the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina.
