He is survived by: his parents, James Fields and Diane Fields; his wife Shaune Fields; his daughter Eliza Rose Mary Fields; and his siblings, Douglas A. Fields (Andrea) of Pittsburgh and Jill R. Fields of St. Petersburg.
Due to family allergies, in lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be made in Bear's name to Medina Hospital Foundation (to cancer services).
