He was predeceased by: his sister Amy Toennies; and his grandfathers, Donald Toennies and Edward Holub. He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Toennies (Lorna) and Diane Holub; his grandmother June Toennies; his siblings, David Toennies (Jenna) and Kaitlyn Toennies (Jon Shurr); his niece Mia Toennies; and also Dolores Holub. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, P. O. Box 98018, Washington D.C., D.C. 20090-8018.
