She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Conrad and Frances Conrad (Zacek); her former husband Wayne Ziemba; and her sons, David Ziemba and Andrew Ziemba.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Kash; her children, Jessica Hartong (Daniel) and Donald Ziemba (Alison); her stepchildren, Charlie Kash and David Kash (Danielle); her granddaughters, Paige and Haley Ziemba; her sister Diane Ahern (George); her nephew Mike Ahern (Anna); her great-niece Amelia; her nephew Jack Ahern; and her friend Joyce Lewarchick.
