She was predeceased by: her sibling Donna Michaels of Timothy Eldred. She is survived by: her husband Timothy Kovacek; her children, Kristi Ford (Shannon) and Scott Kovacek (Brigette); her grandchildren, Silas Ford, Michael Kovacek, Christian Kovacek and Kendell Kovacek; her sibling William Eldred of Karen Berger; and her mother-in-law Mary Kovacek.
