She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Longsworth and Margaret Longsworth; her former husband James H. Herriage; and her brother Samuel Longsworth. She is survived by: her husband Eric; her daughter Kara Herriage Mumaw; her grandchildren, Joel Mumaw and Ella Mumaw; her son Andrew Herriage; her grandson Jackson Herriage; her stepchildren, Quinn Flenniken (Lana), Meegan Flenniken (Eric Odell), Erin Brillhart (Locke), Bradley Herriage (Melissa), Drew Herriage and JoMarie Anderson (Marty); her nephew Eric Longsworth (Pascale); her nieces, Margaret "Margie" Flood (Rick), Ann Longsworth Orr (Daniel), Megan Schuliger (John), Maura Allen and Tara DeRouen; her stepgrandchildren, Aidan Flenniken, Masen Odell, Riley Odell, Kieran Brillhart and Cadel Brillhart; and her siblings, Robert Longsworth (Carol), Margaret "Peggy" Smith (late Cromer) and Sara "Sally" Allen.

Memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to Samaritan's Purse or The Children's Center of Medina County.
