We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2020, at the age of 75, Patricia A. Cleveland (Medina, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ken; and her parents, Aileen Faluski and William Faluski. She is survived by: her children, David Parsons (Carol) of Medina and Deanna Parsons (Gina) of Akron; her grandchildren, Ben Parsons of Brunswick, Zach and Jake Parsons of Medina; and her siblings, Janis Jefferson of Kentucky, Billy Faluski (Kosh) of Lafayette and Susie Wagner (Gary) of Seville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and dear friends.
