She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Sandie and Don Linebaugh. She is survived by: her parents, Christopher P. Kerby and Kathy Kerby (John Gruber) of Medina; her stepmother Mary Kerby of Conway; her siblings, Tori, Savannah, Alyssa, Leighanna "Sissy", Paul, Philip, Peter, Ronnie, Christopher "Bubba" and Matthew; and her grandmother Donna Haren. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, and one great nephew.
