He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; his son Ronald; his sister Vesta Promey; and his brother-in-law Bernard Promey. He is survived by: his children, Glenn Welton (Evonn), Janet Hoover (Ralph), Dale Welton, Laura Richards (Troy), Amy Kramer (Doug), Brian Welton (Dana) and Wendy Pramik (Mike); and his grandchildren, Aaron, Amanda Welton, Michael, Michelle Hoover, Derek Welton, Emily, Erik, Luke Richards, Jenna, Alex Kramer, Sarah, Simon, Lydia Welton, Rosie and Max Pramik.
