She was predeceased by: her father George Mendat; her husband Raymond Mack; her brother Gerald Mendat; and her son-in-law Brian Svoboda. She is survived by: her children, Sally Newman (Robert), Kenneth Mack, Dana Svobada and Tracy Hayman (Charles Lewis); her grandchildren, Michael Wharton, Alyssa, Gregory (Theresa), Garrett Mack, Justin Workman (Lauren), Madeline Svoboda, Adam and Erin Hayman; her sister-in-law Carol Mendat; and her pet Katie. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
