She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Oscar and Helen Virginia Ruegg; and her sons, Brian Dale Brumbaugh and Todd David Brumbaugh. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Dale Brumbaugh; her children, Vernon Philip Brumbaugh and Kelly Jo Woessner (Richard); her grandchildren, Michael Woessner and Lydia Redick; and her siblings, Nancy Tam (Tom), Jim, Margaret Brewer and Robert Ruegg. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters through marriage, nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of valued friends.
