She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Eddy and Sarann Eddy; and her sister Dr. Diane Eddy. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jeffrey Pay (Kara), Russell Pay and Cheryl Smith; her grandchildren, Austin Pay, Mason Pay, Alyssa Pay, Griffin Pay, Dylan Pay, Alanna Pay, Owen Pay, Liam Smith, Cal Smith and Allie Smith; and her brothers, Kenneth Eddy (Sharon) and Gene Eddy.
