Worthington; her daughter Paula Hewitt Banks (James); her grandchildren, David Worthington Banks (Jessica), Alexander Hewitt Banks and Elizabeth Marie Stover (Jeffrey); her brother Edward C. Worthington; and her great grandchild Amelia Jane Banks.
