He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Samples and Mary Samples. He is survived by: his sisters, Susan Marco and Leah Hershey (Larry); his nieces, Melody Marco, Mary Beth Marco, Katie DeSimone (Brian) and Carolyn Copeland (Dennis); his nephew Kevin Hershey (Kelly); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Taylor, Jenna, Justin, Maddie, Randy and Owen.
