She is survived by: her parents, Jack Minarchick and Teresa Minarchick; her children, Rachael Ann and David Jack Solomon; her siblings, John Minarchick (Sandy) and Tina Steyer (Mark); and her nieces and nephews, Delaney, Mackenzie, John Paul and Casandra.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Lisa's memory to Medina Hospital Foundation, 1000 E. Washington St., Medina, OH 44256, in care of Cancer Services Fund.
